Shipping
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Your order is processed and forwarded to the Major Fitness warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Major Fitness ships via freight carrier. Transit times are typically 5–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships from the warehouse.
The freight carrier will contact you directly — by phone or email — to schedule a delivery appointment at a time that works for you. Someone must be present to receive freight shipments.
The B17 is delivered curbside to your driveway or garage door. Due to the weight of the machine (710–880 lbs depending on configuration), please have additional help available to move it inside. White glove or inside delivery is not included in standard shipping.
Returns
Email support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team responds within 1 business day.
Returns require authorization from both Peak Performance Supply and Major Fitness. We coordinate this entire process on your behalf. Items must be unassembled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns.
Once the item is received and inspected by Major Fitness, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are processed minus any applicable restocking fees required by the manufacturer.
