🚚 Shipping Policy — Peak Performance Supply

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Peak Performance Supply (operated by Elevate Commerce Group LLC). Many items ship directly from our brand partners. Our goal is a smooth, transparent delivery experience—especially for large, high-ticket equipment.


🗓️ Order Processing (Before It Ships)

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Processing times vary depending on the product and supplier.

  • Once your order is submitted, it is forwarded to the appropriate supplier for fulfillment.


⏱️ Shipping & Delivery Times (Where to Find the Real ETA)

Because we carry multiple brands with different warehouses and freight schedules:

  • Shipping times vary by product and supplier.

  • Estimated delivery windows are displayed on the product page or at checkout (this is the most accurate ETA for your exact item).

  • Large equipment or freight shipments may require additional handling time.

  • Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or carrier delays.

📦 Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you.

  • Freight carriers may take 24–48 hours to activate tracking updates.


🚛 Freight / Large Equipment Deliveries (Read This If You’re Buying Big Items)

For oversized items shipped via freight:

  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise specified.

  • Inspect the shipment upon arrival and document any visible damage before signing.

✅ Freight delivery definitions (simple)

  • Curbside: delivered to curb/driveway; you move it inside

  • Liftgate: truck has a lift platform to lower pallet to the ground (when available/required)

  • Inside delivery / white glove: special service, typically extra and not standard unless explicitly purchased


🛑 Damage Procedure (High-Ticket SOP — Do This Exactly)

👀 Step 1: Inspect BEFORE you sign

  • Inspect the pallet/crate/box for dents, punctures, crushing, water damage, or broken bands.

📝 Step 2: Note it on the paperwork (BOL)

  • If you see ANY damage, write clear notes on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing (example: “Pallet crushed on left side; carton punctured”).

📸 Step 3: Take photos

Take photos of:

  • all sides of the shipment

  • close-ups of damage

  • shipping label

📧 Step 4: Email us ASAP

Include:

  • order number

  • photos

  • a copy of the signed delivery receipt/BOL with damage notes

Important: If you sign for delivery without notes, carriers can deny claims.


🔁 Returns for Freight / Large Items (Restocking + Return Freight)

Because many items are oversized and ship freight:

  • Return shipping for freight items is typically not free (return freight can be expensive).

  • Some suppliers charge restocking fees and require original packaging/crating.

  • If a return is approved, the customer is typically responsible for:

    • return freight cost

    • any restocking fee (if applicable)

    • repackaging standards (damage due to improper repacking may void return eligibility)

🇺🇸 Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large or heavy equipment.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional fees.

Peak Performance Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather interruptions, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
