Receive Return Authorization

Returns require authorization from both Peak Performance Supply and Major Fitness. We coordinate this entire process on your behalf. Items must be unassembled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns.

Refund Processed

Once the item is received and inspected by Major Fitness, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Refunds are processed minus any applicable restocking fees required by the manufacturer.

Damaged on arrival? Note all damage on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Freight damage claims must be filed immediately — late claims cannot be processed.
