The TAG Hex Rubber Dumbbells 55lbs-100lbs ships from TAG Fitness to the contiguous 48 states. Transit is typically 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking by email when it ships. Larger or heavier items may ship in multiple packages that can arrive on different days.
Standard parcel delivery — no appointment required. If you receive multiple tracking numbers, all packages are on their way.
Returns
Email support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back without a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be unused, in new condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.
Once your return is approved, you'll receive an RMA number and return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in both directions. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Items returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition may be subject to additional deductions or denied.
