Shipping
You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately. New orders have a 2–3 week lead time before shipment. Contact us immediately at support@peakperformancesupply.com or (562) 478-2296 if you need to cancel — cancellations are only possible before the order enters processing.
At 291 lbs / 335 lbs packaged, the Runner Elite ships via LTL freight carrier. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as it ships. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — someone must be present to receive and sign.
Delivery is curbside — liftgate included to get the shipment off the truck and onto the ground. The driver does not assist with moving inside, unpacking, or setup. We recommend having 2–3 people available to move it to your installation location.
Returns
Cancellations are only possible before the order enters the “Processing” stage. Contact us immediately at support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 with your order number. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled.
Email support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Do not ship anything back until you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging. Sale items cannot be returned.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and the RMA is confirmed, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund.
