Most home gyms start with a list of lifts you can't do yet. Squats need a rack, heavy pressing needs a bench, and deadlifts need a bar and plates that can hit the floor. This bundle covers all of it on day one.

Unlike most racks, the TAG Power Half Rack ships with J-hooks and spotter arms, so you can squat and bench safely without buying attachments. Both bars take standard 2" Olympic plates, so the bumpers move between them. Confirm your ceiling height and floor space before ordering — call us and we'll walk through the measurements.
