Every order placed with Peak Performance Supply is processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. Given that many of our customers are spending several thousand dollars in a single transaction, we think you should be able to see exactly how that payment is protected.
Encrypted From Start to Finish
Our entire website runs over HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption. Any information you enter, including your payment details, is encrypted in transit between your browser and the payment processor, which means it cannot be read if intercepted. You can confirm this yourself by looking for the padlock icon in your browser address bar on any page of our site.
We Never See or Store Your Card Details
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. That is the highest level of certification available in the payment card industry.
Your full card number, expiry date, and security code go directly to the payment processor and are never stored on our servers. Our team can see the payment method type and the last four digits of your card, which is what we need in order to identify a transaction, process a refund, or investigate a billing question. Nothing more than that is available to us.
Fraud Screening
Every order runs through automated fraud screening before it is accepted for fulfilment. On high-value orders, or where the screening flags something unusual, we may contact you to verify the details before we release the order to the supplier. This protects you as much as it protects us. If your card has been used without your knowledge, we would rather catch it before an eighteen-thousand-dollar sauna is dispatched.
Card issuers may also apply 3D Secure verification, which asks you to confirm the transaction with your bank. This is a standard security step and is handled entirely by your bank.
Payment Methods We Accept
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, including Shop Pay Installments. No payment method carries a surcharge or processing fee.
What We Will Never Ask You For
We will never ask you to send card details, your card security code, banking passwords, or one-time verification codes by email, text message, or over the phone. We do not request payment by wire transfer, cryptocurrency, gift card, or any off-site payment method. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for any of these, please do not respond, and forward it to support@peakperformancesupply.com so we can look into it.
How to Recognise Genuine Communication From Us

- Payment is only ever taken at checkout on peakperformancesupply.com.
- We may call to verify order details, but we will never ask for full card numbers or passwords when we do.

Please use a strong, unique password for your account and do not share it. If you use a shared or public computer, log out when you finish. If you ever suspect unauthorized activity on your account or an unrecognized charge from us, please contact us immediately using the business information below.
