Freight deliveries are curbside only — the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the merchandise. White glove and inside delivery are not available. Plan to have help available to move the unit inside.

Contact Us Within 30 Days of Purchase
Email support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 30 days of purchase with your order number. Do not ship anything back until you receive written authorization. Returns require unused, unopened items in original packaging. 02
Return Authorization & Shipping
A $200 LTL freight return shipping fee plus any other applicable fees will apply for freight items. If your item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning, return shipping will be covered — contact us and we will arrange it. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns at the customer's fault (buyer's remorse, change of mind). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 03
Refund Processed
Once your return is received and inspected at Sunny Health & Fitness's warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. This process typically takes 5–10 business days from the date the return is received. Warranty & Important Notes
3-year structural frame warranty and 180-day parts & components warranty under normal household use. Warranty is non-transferable and covers the original purchaser only. Commercial, industrial, or shared-facility use automatically voids the warranty.
Damaged on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will coordinate a resolution with Sunny Health & Fitness on your behalf.
