You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 2–3 business days. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. The Sunny Health & Fitness Commercial Level Ergonomic Manual Treadmill ships via LTL freight carrier. Once your order is processed (2–3 business days), transit is typically 2–7 additional business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as it ships.
Freight deliveries are curbside only — the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the merchandise. White glove and inside delivery are not available. Plan to have help available to move the unit inside.
Returns
Email support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 30 days of purchase with your order number. Do not ship anything back until you receive written authorization. Returns require unused, unopened items in original packaging.
A $200 LTL freight return shipping fee plus any other applicable fees will apply for freight items. If your item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning, return shipping will be covered — contact us and we will arrange it. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns at the customer's fault (buyer's remorse, change of mind). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected at Sunny Health & Fitness's warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. This process typically takes 5–10 business days from the date the return is received.
