You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Your order is processed and forwarded to Qoolpod's warehouse within 2–4 business days.
The Qoolpod Air Inflatable Cold Plunge ships in protective packaging via freight carrier. Transit is typically 5–10 business days to the contiguous 48 states. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as it ships.
The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Inspect the packaging before signing — note any damage on the delivery receipt.
Returns
Need to cancel before your order ships? Contact us immediately at support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296. All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Please allow 10 business days for any refund to process.
Email support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 15 days of delivery with your order number. Do not ship anything back until we provide written authorization and a return address. Items must be in original, unused condition in original packaging. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once return authorization is confirmed, we'll provide the return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A 5% restocking fee applies. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
