Shipping
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Leisure Craft products are handcrafted in Canada — please allow approximately 14 business days for your order to be prepared and crated before it ships.
The LeisureCraft CT Georgian Cabin Sauna – 3–4 Person Outdoor Cedar (Canadian Timber Collection) ships via LTL freight carrier in a wooden crate. Once your crate leaves the Leisure Craft warehouse, transit is typically 5–10 business days to the contiguous 48 states. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as it ships.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment — someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. Delivery is to the curb or end of your driveway only; the driver cannot assist with moving items to the installation location.
Crates are heavy and may exceed 92" in length. Liftgate service is not available for most Leisure Craft sauna crates. Plan to have 3–4 people available to offload piece by piece, or arrange forklift equipment in advance. The driver cannot assist with unloading for insurance reasons.
Returns
Leisure Craft sauna orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order (a $65 fee applies). After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately. Contact us right away at support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 if you need to cancel.
Due to the cross-border nature of Leisure Craft shipments (manufactured in Canada), returns are generally not accepted once the product has shipped. Please verify all dimensions, electrical requirements, and installation requirements before ordering. If you believe your item has a defect, contact us and we will coordinate with Leisure Craft on your behalf.
If your shipment arrives damaged, note the damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves and contact us at support@peakperformancesupply.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and product. Late damage claims cannot be processed.
