The Golden Designs Loviisa is a 3-person hybrid outdoor sauna that runs as a full spectrum infrared cabin or a genuine traditional 8.0 kW steam sauna — PureTech near-zero EMF infrared and a rock stove in one all-weather Canadian Red Cedar unit.
The Loviisa is the compact hybrid in Golden Designs' outdoor Barn Series — the rare sauna that does both traditional steam and full spectrum infrared. Choose deep, gentle infrared heat or fire the 8.0 kW rock stove for authentic löyly steam.
The infrared system uses 11 emitters — 5 Carbon PureTech near-zero EMF panels and 6 near-infrared elements — inside an all-weather shell with a warm Canadian Red Cedar interior.
Bronze privacy glass, galaxy-star ceiling lighting, and an interior LED control panel with FM radio and Bluetooth complete the cabin.

Shipping
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Your order is verified and forwarded to Golden Designs within 1–2 business days.
The Loviisa hybrid sauna (approx. 1,325 lbs) ships crated on a pallet via LTL freight carrier. Transit is typically 5–12 business days depending on your location. A tracking link is emailed once it leaves the warehouse.
The freight carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery appointment — all freight orders ship with "appointment required" service. Missed appointments without prior arrangement may incur re-delivery fees.
Delivered curbside to the end of your driveway. The carrier is not able to move the crate into your yard or install it, so plan to have help and a hand truck or dolly on hand for placement.
Returns
Need to cancel? Contact us at support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund at no charge. Cancellations after 7 days are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total order amount.
If you're unsatisfied, email support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Do not ship anything back until we provide written authorization and a return address — unauthorized returns aren't accepted. We coordinate the return with Golden Designs on your behalf.
Once authorized, we'll send the return address and instructions. Units must be repackaged on a pallet for return; return freight is the customer's responsibility for non-defective items. After receipt and inspection, a refund is issued to your original payment method minus any applicable shipping and handling.
