The Wonder Woman is Fringe Sport's all-purpose women's Olympic barbell — designed for athletes who move between Olympic weightlifting technique work, CrossFit WODs, and standard strength training without wanting different bars for each discipline. The 25mm shaft is the IWF standard for women's Olympic lifting and provides a grip advantage for athletes with smaller hands on overhead movements.
The bronze bushing rotation delivers smooth, controlled sleeve spin appropriate for cleans, snatches, and power movements without the excessive spin that makes positional strength work imprecise. The dual IWF/IPF knurl marks provide reference points for both Olympic and powerlifting-style grip placement. No center knurl for comfortable front rack position.
