Buying your first rack is a big step, and it's easy to end up with a steel frame and nothing to use it with. This bundle pairs the Osprey with the bar, plates, collars, and plate storage you need to start squatting, deadlifting, pressing, and doing pull-ups.

The 3x3 uprights with 1" holes accept most 3x3 attachments, so dips, spotter arms, landmines, and extra storage can come later. J-cups and safeties are sold separately — add 3x3 J-Cups and Safety Straps or Pin Pipe Safeties to rack and spot the bar. No bench included.
