The Midas Revenge Curl Bar solves the two biggest problems with standard EZ bars: grip angle limitations and loading mechanics. Five ergonomic grip positions cover narrow supinated, moderate supinated, neutral, moderate pronated, and wider pronated — every bicep head angle from a single bar. The rackable design means you load it from J-cups and start every set from the correct position without the awkward deadlift that ruins strict curl form.
At 15kg (33 lbs) with a 1,000 lb rated capacity, this bar is strong enough for heavy skull crushers, close-grip presses, and overhead tricep extensions in addition to all curl variations.
