Overview
The Fringe Sport Fenrir is a functional trainer and true squat rack in one compact frame — dual 160 lb stacks at 2:1, 3x3 uprights with 1" holes, and an 81" starting height built for basements and low-ceiling gyms.
Most functional trainers can't hold a barbell, and most racks can't do cable work well. The Fenrir does both: its front uprights are 3x3 steel with 1" holes, so standard 3x3 J-cups and spotter arms turn it into a squat and bench station, while the dual 160 lb stacks handle every cable movement.
It's built for real home gyms. The 81" starting height clears low basement ceilings, and the 26" depth without front feet tucks against a wall. A straight bar and a multi-grip pull-up bar are included.
Choose the base unit, the Attachments Package with spotter arms and J-cups for barbell work, or the Dogbone Package with a cable connector for linking the two cables.
