The Fringe Sport Medicine Ball V4 ships from Fringe Sport's Austin, TX warehouse via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Transit is typically 3–7 business days depending on location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Parcel shipments are delivered directly to your address — no appointment required. Some orders ship in multiple packages; you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each.
Returns
Unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase? Contact us at support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296. Full refund once the item is received back. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Beyond 30 days and up to 365 days — if the product is brand new and in the original, unopened packaging, we'll accept a return for a full refund. Contact us for a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
