Shipping
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately. Orders are processed and forwarded to Golden Designs within 1 business day. To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@peakperformancesupply.com or (562) 478-2296.
Ships on a pallet via freight carrier. Transit typically 5–8 business days after processing. You'll receive tracking by email when shipped. Please confirm a semi-truck can access your delivery address before ordering.
The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside only — placed at the end of your driveway or curb. White glove and inside delivery are not available. We recommend having 2 people available to move the sauna inside.
Returns
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at support@peakperformancesupply.com or (562) 478-2296. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Do not ship anything back without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be in original packaging. Used units cannot be returned.
All returns are subject to shipping fees both ways. Return inbound shipping is 120% of the original outbound charge. If opened and assembled (but never used), a 20% restocking fee also applies. Refunds issued within 5 business days after inspection.
