Shipping
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately. Orders are processed and forwarded to the Golden Designs warehouse within 1 business day. To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase — contact us immediately at support@peakperformancesupply.com or (562) 478-2296.
The Cordoba ships on a pallet via LTL freight carrier (semi-truck). Transit is typically 5–8 business days after processing. You'll receive tracking information by email once shipped. Please confirm that a semi-truck can access your delivery address before ordering — contact us if you're unsure.
The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside only — the carrier will place the pallet at the end of your driveway or curb. White glove and inside delivery are not available. We recommend having 2 people available to help move the sauna to its installation location.
Returns
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at support@peakperformancesupply.com or (562) 478-2296. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Do not ship anything back without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be in original packaging. Opened, assembled, and used units cannot be returned.
All returns are subject to shipping fees both ways. Return inbound shipping is 120% of the original outbound flat-rate shipping charge. If the unit was opened and assembled (but never used), a 20% restocking fee also applies. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the unit is returned to the warehouse and inspected.
