An invaluable accessory for both a garage and commercial gym, the RG-17 is easily mounted to the 3” x 3” uprights of the aforementioned Valor Fitness products with the 2 secure safety bolts and locking pin. The Rg-17 Dip Attachment is an effective way of building muscle during bodyweight strength training.
The grip tapers out to provide a range of grip width options. To target the triceps, use the closer grip width while keeping your body upright. If you are looking to build your chest, widen your grip width and lean slightly forward. Dips can be extremely beneficial to an athlete looking to improve their gymnastics strength and endurance.

You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Your order is processed and forwarded to Valor Fitness within 2–4 business days. If your order has not yet left the Valor Fitness facility, contact us immediately to cancel or modify.
The Valor Fitness Dip Attachment for 3x3 Rigs ships from Valor Fitness to the contiguous 48 states. Larger items may ship in multiple boxes that can arrive on different days — all tracking numbers are sent by email. Transit is typically 3–7 business days.
Standard parcel delivery to your address — no appointment required. If you receive multiple tracking numbers, all packages are on their way.
Returns
Need to cancel your order? Contact us immediately at support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296. If the order has not yet left Valor Fitness's facility, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy below.
Email support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 30 days of receipt with your order number. Do not ship anything back until we provide written authorization and a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Once your return is authorized, you must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return label. Returns sent outside this window are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any parts missing from the return will result in additional fees deducted from the refund.
