Ships via Ground Carrier - Tracking Sent
The inflatable plunge ships boxed via standard ground carrier (no freight or appointment needed). Transit typically 3-7 business days after processing. You will receive tracking by email when shipped.

Delivered to Your Door
Because it is lightweight and portable, delivery is made directly to your door by the ground carrier - no curbside pallet drop or delivery appointment required.
Inspect on arrival - Check the box and contents on delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of any damage.
Ships to the contiguous 48 states only - contact us for Alaska, Hawaii, or international inquiries.

Cancellations - Within 24 Hours of Purchase Only
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at support@peakperformancesupply.com or (562) 478-2296. Once processed and shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Returns - Within 30 Days of Delivery
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Do not ship anything back without an RMA number - unauthorized returns are not accepted. Items must be in original packaging. Used units cannot be returned.

Fees & Refund
Returns are subject to shipping fees both ways. Return inbound shipping is 120% of the original outbound charge. If opened and assembled (but never used), a 20% restocking fee also applies. Refunds issue within 5 business days after inspection.
