Shipping
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Your order is processed and forwarded to Qoolpod's warehouse within 2–4 business days.
The Commercial Qoolpod™ (250 lbs) ships via freight carrier. Once dispatched you'll receive tracking by email. Transit is typically 5–10 business days to the contiguous 48 states. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — someone must be present to receive and sign.
Delivery is to the curb or end of your driveway. The driver cannot assist with moving the unit to the installation location. Plan to have help available — the unit weighs 250 lbs dry.
Returns
Need to cancel before your order ships? Contact us immediately at support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296. All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Please allow 10 business days for any refund to process.
Email support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 15 days of delivery with your order number. Do not ship anything back until we provide written authorization and a return address. Items must be in original, unused condition in original packaging. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once return authorization is confirmed, we'll provide the return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A 5% restocking fee applies. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
