The TAG Elite Chin/Dip Assist Dual Select | Commercial Pull-Up & Dip Station ships via LTL freight carrier due to its size and weight. Once dispatched you'll receive tracking by email. Transit is typically 5–10 business days to the contiguous 48 states. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — someone must be present to receive and sign.
Delivery is to the curb or end of your driveway. White glove and inside delivery are not available. Plan to have 2–3 people and appropriate equipment available to move the unit to its installation location.
Returns
Email support@peakperformancesupply.com or call (562) 478-2296 within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back without a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be unused, in new condition, with original packaging and all accessories included.
Once your return is approved, you'll receive an RMA number and return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in both directions. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Items returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition may be subject to additional deductions or denied.
