The Low Row Foot Plate transforms your Dane rack into a commercial-level seated cable rowing station. The angled platform encourages the upright torso position that maximizes lat and mid-back recruitment while reducing compressive load on the lumbar spine — the same biomechanical benefit that dedicated cable row machines provide.

Returns
