The Fringe Sport 3x3 Lat Pulldown Seat is a 1,100 lb capacity rack-mounted cable seat with commercial-grade polyurethane padding — turns any compatible 3x3 rack into a dedicated lat pulldown and seated cable station in seconds.
The Lat Pulldown Seat converts your cable-equipped 3x3 rack into a dedicated seated cable station. The ergonomic seat positioning promotes proper lat recruitment and reduces lower-back strain during heavy pulldown sets — the same positional advantage that standalone lat pulldown machines provide, at a fraction of the floor footprint.
The commercial-grade padding uses polyurethane foam wrapped in PVC leather — the same material combination used in professional facility equipment. It holds its shape under heavy use and resists the cracking and peeling that degrades lower-quality upholstery over time.

Returns

Beyond 30 days and up to 365 days — if the product is brand new and in the original, unopened packaging, we'll accept a return for a full refund. Contact us for a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
