Ships via LTL Freight - Tracking Sent
Ships on a pallet via freight carrier. Transit typically 5-8 business days after processing. You will receive tracking by email when shipped. Please confirm a semi-truck can access your delivery address before ordering.

Curbside Delivery - Appointment Scheduled
The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside only - placed at the end of your driveway or curb. We recommend having 2 people available to move the unit into place.
Inspect before signing - Ships on a pallet via LTL freight - inspect before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of any damage.
Ships to the contiguous 48 states only - contact us for Alaska, Hawaii, or international inquiries.

Cancellations - Within 24 Hours of Purchase Only
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at support@peakperformancesupply.com or (562) 478-2296. Once processed and shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Returns - Within 30 Days of Delivery
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Do not ship anything back without an RMA number - unauthorized returns are not accepted. Items must be in original packaging. Used units cannot be returned.

Fees & Refund
Returns are subject to shipping fees both ways. Return inbound shipping is 120% of the original outbound charge. If opened and assembled (but never used), a 20% restocking fee also applies. Refunds issue within 5 business days after inspection.
